Hi everyone, I’m curious to hear of any examples of positive changes your local council have made to your community in recent years. I feel bad for constantly moaning about my local council, so would love to hear some inspiring stories!
I can’t say they’ve done much. They introduced a weekly recycling collection (good), and then took away a refuse collection, so it was fortnightly (bad). They then had the audacity to raise council tax for a worse service…
Unfortunately i have to agree. But i would say that ST Eds Borough Council did manage to bring a Cinema Complex to a needy town, so that was good.
they dont do much. they make loads of promises and never see it through unfortunately. any changes made are by the people ad are funded by donations and fund raising.
